Ben and his team have just finished a significant three story extension project for us including a new kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms along with hard landscaping and a replacement roof on the main house We are absolutely delighted with the end result, RCI's attention to detail is second to none and the quality of work excellent. RCI have carried out extension, remodelling and refurbishment works to our house in Great Shelford. The works included the construction of a small two storey extension, reconfiguration of internal spaces, new roofing, external render, timber cladding, electrical & heating works as well as internal plastering & joinery. RCI refurbished our 1960s bungalow thoroughly, including the installation of a new kitchen and bathroom.

RCI Construction came highly recommended by close friends of ours and having seen the extensive work they did on their house we were pleased to invite RCI to work on our bungalow.
We asked Ben and his team to rebuild one end of our bungalow, including knocking down the old kitchen, day room and conservatory to make one large kitchen/dining room. He also converted the garage into an extra bedroom with en-suite shower. RCI have done an exceptional job and we now have a light-filled and airy space which was what we had envisioned at the start. Ben is charming and a pleasure to have around. He and his team were tidy, pleasant and COVID--aware. We are absolutely delighted with the transformation of our bungalow.
We were so pleased with what he had done we invited him back to work on the main bathroom which needed a replacement shower and toilet. He has also removed the old hearth in the sitting room and replaced the mantelpiece ready for decorating in due course.

We received a great and competitively priced service from Ben last month.
I would happily recommend Ben to family and friends. He designed and built a complex doorway and boxed off a staircase into a loft room, we have a Grade 2 listed building and were really pleased with the work. It was unobtrusive and perfectly in keeping with the rest of the cottage.
He also tidied away brilliantly which is always a bonus.
